Wire, 1 x 19 strands, stainless steel (1-10 mm)

Stainless steel and acid-resistant steel wire with 1 x 19 strands in stainless steel. Sold in any length in several sizes, diameter 1–10 mm.

Breaking strength 1770 N/mm², see table below.

Use this wire with diameter 4 mm in our wire railings.

This wire is relatively rigid, as a result of it having relatively few, thick strands. If your wire railing or guardrail has corners or sharp angles, a stainless steel wire with 7 x 19 strands may be more appropriate. (Can be found under See more products further down the page.)
